These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Task Reward website, platform, services, task system, rewards system, account functions, wallet display, withdrawal requests, appeals, and related features (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing or using the Platform, creating an account, verifying your email, claiming a task, submitting proof, requesting a withdrawal, sending an appeal, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. Operator
The Platform is operated under the Task Reward name (“we”, “us”, or “our”) in connection with the website and services at https://task-reward.com.

2. Eligibility
To use the Platform, you must:
- be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority required in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher;
- have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
- provide accurate, current, and complete information;
- comply with these Terms and all policies referenced by them.
You may not use the Platform if:
- you are prohibited by law from entering into these Terms;
- your account has been suspended or terminated;
- you create or control multiple accounts without our written authorization;
- you use false, misleading, stolen, or impersonated identity or payment information.
3. Nature of the Platform
The Platform allows eligible users to access limited tasks, claim available tasks, submit required proof, undergo review, receive rewards if approved, accumulate recognized reward balances, and request withdrawals subject to eligibility, review, and operational rules.
The Platform is not:
- an employer;
- a labor agency;
- a guaranteed income program;
- a bank;
- a deposit-taking institution;
- an e-money issuer;
- a custodial wallet provider;
- a remittance service provider.
Your use of the Platform does not create any employment, agency, partnership, fiduciary, or joint venture relationship between you and us.
Rewards are conditional, review-based, discretionary within the Platform rules, and subject to fraud, risk, compliance, and operational checks.
4. Account Registration and Security
You must register with a valid email address and password. We may apply password rules, temporary email restrictions, email verification requirements, and account security checks.
You are responsible for:
- maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
- restricting unauthorized access to your account;
- all activity conducted through your account.
We may require email verification before allowing access to certain features. Claiming or participating in tasks outside the designated onboarding entry path, submitting proof for non-onboarding tasks, and requesting withdrawals generally require a verified email address. A limited onboarding task pathway may be available before email verification, as implemented in the Platform. We may reject, limit, or disable accounts that fail verification or trigger abuse-prevention controls.
5. User Information and Payment Details
You must ensure that all information you provide is accurate and kept up to date, including:
- your name;
- email address;
- payout method details;
- payout account number or registered mobile number;
- any proof, links, or materials submitted through the Platform.
If you provide incorrect, outdated, mismatched, or unverifiable information, we may delay, reject, suspend, or reverse related actions, including withdrawals.
6. Task Availability and Claiming
Tasks may have limited quantity, availability windows, start and end times, eligibility rules, task-specific instructions, and proof requirements. A task may become unavailable at any time due to slot limits, expiration, withdrawal, correction, abuse prevention, or administrative action.
Claiming or grabbing a task does not guarantee:
- approval;
- reward payment;
- future access to similar tasks;
- continued reservation of a slot beyond applicable deadlines;
- successful completion.
Where tasks have limited slots, our system records control availability and allocation.
7. Task Requirements and Proof Submission
Each task is governed by its stated requirements, including any required:
- screenshots;
- public post links;
- public page links;
- thread links;
- supporting explanations;
- timing deadlines;
- resubmission windows.
You must submit only proof that is:
- genuine;
- complete;
- accurate;
- lawfully obtained;
- created by you or under your lawful authority to submit;
- compliant with the task instructions and these Terms.
You must not submit:
- fabricated, altered, forged, manipulated, or misleading proof;
- reused proof from another task where not allowed;
- proof copied from another person;
- inaccessible, private, broken, or non-matching links where public links are required;
- content obtained through bots, scripts, emulators, farms, deceptive methods, or other unauthorized means;
- content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
We may require additional proof, clarification, resubmission, screenshots, metadata, explanations, or supporting materials before making or revising any decision.
8. Review, Rejection, and Resubmission
Task submissions are reviewed by the Platform, including through manual administrative review. Approval is not automatic. Withdrawals are also subject to manual handling and review.
We may determine, in our reasonable discretion, whether a submission is:
- valid;
- incomplete;
- non-compliant;
- suspicious;
- duplicated;
- abusive;
- fraudulent;
- ineligible for reward.
We may approve, reject, request clarification, reopen, flag, or escalate any submission.
Where a resubmission opportunity is provided, it is limited to the scope, timing, and conditions determined by the Platform. The Platform is not required to provide repeated or unlimited resubmission opportunities.
9. Rewards
Rewards may be credited only when a submission or platform milestone is recognized as valid under the Platform rules. Rewards may arise from approved tasks, onboarding completion, or other eligible actions defined by us.
We may withhold, adjust, cancel, reverse, or refuse rewards where we reasonably believe that:
- a task requirement was not satisfied;
- submitted proof was false, misleading, duplicated, or non-compliant;
- a user engaged in abuse, fraud, or policy evasion;
- multiple linked accounts were used;
- a payout or reward was issued in error;
- the reward was triggered through prohibited conduct;
- compliance, security, or operational review is required.
Rewards do not constitute wages, salary, guaranteed compensation, or a vested cash entitlement merely because they appear in an interface or activity flow.
10. Wallet Balance
Any wallet balance, reward balance, available amount, pending amount, locked amount, or paid-out amount displayed on the Platform is only a platform record reflecting status under our internal reward and ledger system. The Platform maintains ledger-based records of reward recognition and withdrawal processing.
A displayed balance is not:
- a bank deposit;
- stored value;
- e-money;
- trust property;
- segregated client funds;
- an unconditional debt immediately due on demand.
Balances remain subject to:
- validation;
- holds;
- reversal;
- correction of error;
- fraud review;
- compliance review;
- payout eligibility rules;
- withdrawal approval.
11. Withdrawal Rules
To request a withdrawal, you must satisfy all eligibility conditions then in force, which may include, without limitation:
- verified email status;
- completion of at least one qualifying approved formal task;
- completion of required onboarding steps;
- binding of an eligible payout method;
- no active withdrawal hold;
- no restricted or suspended status;
- compliance with weekly, operational, fraud, or risk limits.
Withdrawal requests are subject to minimum and maximum amount requirements as defined by the Platform from time to time. The Platform currently uses threshold logic and additional review logic, including additional review on first withdrawal requests.
We may, in our sole operational discretion acting reasonably for platform integrity, delay, hold, reject, cancel, reverse, or require further review of any withdrawal request for reasons including:
- suspected fraud;
- linked-account concerns;
- abnormal behavior;
- identity or payout mismatch;
- incomplete or inaccurate payout details;
- ongoing dispute or appeal;
- legal or compliance concerns;
- system error;
- abuse-prevention controls;
- security review.
Approval of a withdrawal request does not guarantee uninterrupted or immediate third-party payout processing. We are not responsible for payout failures, delays, rerouting errors, or losses caused by incorrect user information or third-party payment systems.
12. Onboarding Rewards and Conditional Eligibility
The Platform may provide onboarding-related rewards or one-time credits where specific conditions are met, including profile completion and payout setup. Such rewards are governed by platform rules and may be distinct from task-specific rewards.
Where the Platform requires at least one approved formal task before withdrawals are permitted, onboarding completion alone does not create immediate withdrawal eligibility.
13. Fraud, Abuse, and Linked Accounts
We may investigate suspected abuse, fraud, policy evasion, collusion, or account linkage using platform records, operational signals, and fraud-prevention methods, including but not limited to:
- proof duplication analysis;
- payout method matching;
- device signals;
- IP-related signals;
- user-agent-related signals;
- account behavior patterns;
- identity consistency checks;
- manual administrative review.
You must not:
- create, control, or benefit from multiple accounts without authorization;
- share, sell, rent, or transfer accounts;
- manipulate proof or exploit task mechanics;
- submit another person’s work as your own;
- attempt to circumvent task, reward, withdrawal, or suspension rules;
- interfere with or probe the Platform’s systems, workflows, or administrative processes;
- use automation, emulation, scraping, scripting, or mass-action tooling except where expressly permitted in writing.
We may act on linked-account or abuse concerns even where not all details can be disclosed to you, if disclosure would compromise fraud prevention, platform security, or other users.
14. Account Status, Restrictions, and Suspension
The Platform may assign account statuses or restrictions, including warning, restricted, suspended, or other integrity-related controls. These may affect your ability to:
- claim tasks;
- submit proof;
- receive rewards;
- request withdrawals;
- access parts of the Platform.
We may apply a warning, restriction, suspension, hold, or permanent termination immediately where reasonably necessary to protect the Platform, users, payment flows, evidence, or investigations.
We are not required to provide advance notice before imposing urgent protective measures.
15. Appeals
The Platform may provide an appeal mechanism or message thread for certain decisions. Appeals and related communications may be stored and reviewed by administrators.
An appeal is a discretionary review process. It does not guarantee:
- reinstatement;
- reward payment;
- withdrawal approval;
- reversal of a previous decision.
We may set deadlines, format requirements, evidence requirements, and closure rules for appeals. If you fail to submit an appeal within the applicable period, the decision may become final.
16. Platform Records and Evidence
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform may rely on and maintain records relevant to participation, review, fraud prevention, dispute handling, reward accounting, and withdrawal processing, including:
- timestamps;
- ledger entries;
- review notes;
- proof materials;
- submitted links;
- account history;
- appeal messages;
- withdrawal records;
- payout information;
- abuse-prevention signals;
- internal operational logs.
In the event of a dispute, such records may be used by the Platform in determining account status, eligibility, enforcement actions, reward treatment, and withdrawal decisions.
17. User Content and License
You retain whatever ownership rights you may have in content lawfully submitted by you, subject to the rights granted in these Terms.
By submitting screenshots, links, text, appeals, explanations, or other content or materials through the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable to service providers, transferable as part of a business transfer, license to host, store, copy, reproduce, review, process, analyze, display internally, and use such materials as reasonably necessary to:
- operate the Platform;
- verify task completion;
- detect fraud and abuse;
- resolve disputes and appeals;
- perform audits and investigations;
- enforce our policies;
- comply with legal obligations;
- defend legal claims.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to submit such content and grant this license.
18. Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its software, design, structure, workflows, task mechanics, compilations, text, graphics, branding, logos, databases, interfaces, and non-user content, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted, you may not:
- reproduce;
- copy;
- distribute;
- modify;
- reverse engineer;
- republish;
- scrape;
- frame;
- sell;
- exploit commercially;
- create derivative works from
any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.
19. Notifications and Communications
We may communicate with you through:
- email;
- in-platform notifications;
- account notices;
- administrative messages;
- appeal threads;
- service-related announcements.
You consent to receive operational, security, verification, review, withdrawal, and enforcement-related communications electronically.
20. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also subject to our Privacy Policy at https://task-reward.com/privacy (or another URL we designate on the Platform), which explains how we collect, process, store, use, share, and retain personal data and related information. The Platform processes account, proof, payout, communication, and abuse-prevention data as part of its services.
21. Availability and Changes to the Service
We do not guarantee that the Platform or any feature will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.
We may at any time:
- modify or discontinue features;
- change task rules;
- adjust reward structures;
- change withdrawal requirements;
- impose additional verification;
- update review processes;
- add, remove, or revise abuse-prevention controls.
22. Termination
You may stop using the Platform at any time.
We may suspend, restrict, terminate, or permanently close your account or access to the Platform where we reasonably believe that:
- you violated these Terms;
- your conduct created legal, fraud, reputational, security, or operational risk;
- you engaged in abuse or prohibited conduct;
- we are required to do so by law, regulation, court order, or payment/provider constraints.
Termination or restriction does not eliminate our right to retain records, investigate conduct, enforce policies, defend claims, or resolve pending reward, payout, fraud, or legal issues.
23. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or expected reward opportunities.
We do not guarantee:
- continuous task availability;
- approval of any proof;
- approval of any reward;
- successful withdrawal;
- specific earnings;
- uninterrupted service;
- error-free operation.
24. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, business, opportunity, goodwill, expected rewards, or data, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Platform or these Terms shall not exceed the greater of:
- the total amount actually paid out by the Platform to you in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
- PHP 1,000.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
25. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us, our affiliates, owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, administrators, service providers, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, settlements, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
- your breach of these Terms;
- your misuse of the Platform;
- your fraud, abuse, or unlawful conduct;
- your submitted content;
- your violation of another person’s rights;
- disputes arising from your payout details or submitted proof.
26. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will post the revised version on the Platform and update the “Last Updated” date.
Unless otherwise stated, revised Terms become effective when posted. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
27. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
28. No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.
29. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Platform and supersede prior understandings relating to the same subject matter.
